Are your estimates really free?

Yes. Every estimate and in-home consultation is free, with no obligation and no pressure. We look at your project, talk through your options, and give you a clear, detailed written estimate. If the timing is not right for you, that is completely fine. 

What areas do you serve?

We are a local residential contractor serving homeowners across Los Angeles County and Orange County, along with many of the surrounding communities. We work on homes only and do not currently take on commercial projects. If you are just outside these areas, reach out anyway. We are always happy to let you know whether we can help with your project. 

How soon will I hear back after I reach out?

We respond quickly during our business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Reach out early in the day and we can often schedule your free estimate for the same day, when availability allows. 

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

What kinds of projects do you take on?

From roof to remodel, we handle most residential projects, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations, room additions, ADUs, roofing, stucco, interior and exterior painting, flooring, HVAC, attic insulation, concrete, pavers and hardscaping, and landscaping. If you are not sure whether your project is a fit, just ask. 

Do you offer financing?

Financing is available with approved credit, along with flexible payment options. Once we understand your project and scope, we are happy to walk you through what is available. 

How long is my estimate good for?

Your written estimate stays valid for a full year. There is no rush to decide. You can plan around your budget and your schedule, and reach back out whenever you are ready. 

What should I have ready for my estimate?

Nothing is required, but it helps to have a general idea of what you want done, any photos of the space, and a rough timeline or budget in mind. We take it from there and give you honest recommendations, not upsells.
