I have always been the person who wants to know how things connect: where a phone call goes after it is answered, what happens to a form after someone hits submit, and why one message gets a reply while another sits unanswered. That curiosity is what led me to marketing and to the systems behind it. At a construction company, it matters more than most people would guess, because a homeowner's first impression of us is formed long before anyone shows up at the door.
As the digital marketing lead at Hybrid Renovations, I run our website, our ads, and the CRM that connects them to the people doing the work. My rule for the marketing side is simple: if we say it, it has to be true, so the reviews, claims, and promises you see are ones we can stand behind. On the CRM side, I build the tools our consultants and project managers use to track every estimate, appointment, and job, so when you call, the person you reach already knows your project and you never have to start over. Most of my work happens out of sight, and it is only working if your experience goes smoothly.
