A remodel has a lot of moving pieces, and every one of them depends on someone keeping track. That is the work I enjoy, and it is why a company like Hybrid Renovations felt like the right place for me. As the Office Administrator, I keep our daily operations organized and running smoothly. I coordinate schedules, keep our clients and team members in touch with each other, and handle the administrative work that supports every project from the first call to the final walkthrough. When you call the office, I want you to get a clear answer or a quick call back, not a runaround. I take pride in being dependable, detail oriented, and responsive, because a homeowner should never have to wonder what is happening with their project. My goal is a good experience for our clients and for the people doing the work.
