I grew up in a family that fixed things themselves, and most of what I first learned about building came from helping on weekend projects around the house. What stayed with me was not the work itself so much as how it felt to live in a home while it was being worked on: the dust, the noise, and the not knowing what was happening next. That is what I think about now on every job I run. The homeowner is still living there, and the least I can do is make sure they always know where things stand.
As a project manager at Hybrid Renovations, I am the person you deal with from the day the work is scheduled until the final walkthrough. I walk the job with the crew, I check the work as it goes, and I explain what is happening in plain language, including the parts that did not go to plan. If we open a wall and find something no one expected, you hear it from me that day, with the options laid out and no pressure to pick one on the spot. I keep the site clean, I keep the schedule honest, and I stay reachable the whole way through. When the job is done, I walk every part of it with you before I call it finished.
