Home was not easy growing up, and I had to figure out early how to keep pushing when things got hard. I carried that into how I work now, more than any training ever could have taught me. I do not tell people what they want to hear just to keep a conversation moving. I would rather explain something clearly, even if it takes longer, than leave you guessing about what your home actually needs.

I have worked on windows, roofing, insulation, exterior coatings, patios, and full renovations, and the approach does not change from one project to the next. I walk you through it honestly, point out what matters and what does not, and let you make the call without feeling rushed into it. Some of that comes from watching how frustrating it is when someone treats a homeowner like a transaction instead of a person, and I try never to do that to anyone I work with. The relationships that stick with me are the ones where someone trusted me enough to call and ask a follow-up question a year later, and that still means something to me. That is really the whole approach, nothing more complicated than that.
