You do not need experience, and you do not need to already know what you are good at. Most people here did not when they walked in. We train you, we find out together where you are strong, and we move you toward it.

  • You will not be Experience. A trade background. A resume full of jobs.
  • You will be A willingness to learn, to show up, and to try something you have not done before.

Working here

What You Actually Get

Trained, paid properly, and moved up when you earn it.

  1. You will know this business before you start

    Paid training

You learn how residential projects actually work: the products, the pricing, the permits, and how a job goes from an estimate to a finished house. That knowledge is the foundation for every role here.

  2. The harder you work, the more you make

    Base + commission

A competitive base with commission on top, so your effort and your paycheck are actually connected. We walk you through the numbers honestly before you accept an offer, and we revisit them as you take on more.

  3. Hours that work around your life

    Flexible schedule

School, a second job, family. Tell us what your week actually looks like and we will build the schedule around it. Plenty of people here started part-time and moved to full-time when they were ready.

  4. The job you start is not the job you keep

    Promoted from within

Everyone starts somewhere and everyone starts learning. People who prove themselves move into bigger roles with more responsibility and more earning behind them. We would rather grow somebody than hire somebody.

Reliable Without Reminders

When you say you are going to be somewhere, you are there. That habit is worth more here than any resume, and it is the one thing we cannot install in somebody.

You Are Willing to Try

This job puts you in front of new people and situations you have not handled before. You do not have to know yet whether you are good at that. You have to be willing to find out, and we coach you through the rest.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions People Ask Before They Apply

Straight answers about pay, training, and what the work actually looks like day to day, so you know what you are signing up for before you hit send.

Do I need experience or a degree?

No. Neither one. We are not screening resumes for a construction background or a diploma, because most of the people here did not walk in with either. What we teach is the part that actually makes someone good at this: how homes work, what the products do, what the work costs, and how to talk to a homeowner about their house. If you are willing to learn that, the rest is on us.

Will I be knocking on doors?

It depends on where you start. We have several positions open, and part of the hiring conversation is figuring out which one fits you. For some people that starts at the door. For others it does not, depending on what they bring with them and what they are aiming at. We will be straight with you about which one we are talking about before you accept anything, so nobody finds out on day one.

Is this commission only?

No. Sales roles here come with a real base plus commission on top. The base is there so you are not gambling on your first month, and the commission is there because we would rather you chase it than settle for the base. We will walk you through those numbers honestly before you accept an offer.

It is also worth knowing that not every role here is a sales role. Some of our office positions do not carry commission at all. Which structure applies to you depends on which position you end up in, and we will tell you clearly which one you are being hired into.

Do I get paid during training?

Yes. Training is paid. You are not shadowing for free or waiting on your first sale to see a paycheck. You are learning the products, the pricing, and how our projects actually run, and you are getting paid while you do it.

What if I have never worked in construction or sales?

That describes most of the people here when they started. We are not looking for somebody who already knows the trade or has closed deals before. We are looking for somebody willing to learn and willing to try things they have not done. Those two are the requirements. Everything else is trainable, and training you is the plan.

Do I need my own car?

You need a reliable way to get to our office in Santa Fe Springs. From there, we handle getting you where you need to be for the day. So if your commute works with a car, a ride, or public transit, that is what matters. You do not need your own vehicle to do this job.

What if I try it and it turns out not to be for me?

Then that is a fine outcome, and we mean that. Some people go through training or spend time on the job and realize this is not the direction they want. Nobody here treats that as a failure. We shake hands, you take what you learned with you, and we part on good terms. Honestly, finding out is part of the point, especially if you are still figuring out what kind of work suits you.
