“I was hesitant to begin as significant a project as completely re-roofing my home and was worried about the possibility of over-costing, contractor abandonment, or price gouging mid-project. After walking through the project with two of the team leaders at Hybrid Renovations, who later spent the evening with my family to talk through any and all questions I had, I felt ready to commit to the investment. And I'm so glad I did. From the workers to each of the team leaders, everyone was friendly, highly communicative, flexible, and incredibly helpful. I noticed areas that had been addressed that were not initially included in the pricing, as well as a particular repair to my fence that was done well beyond my expectations when I discovered it. I would work with Hybrid Renovations again for another large-scale project and recommend them to others looking for assistance and incredibly well-done, professional work.”Read more
“We used Hybrid Renovations to replace our roof and siding on our home, and the job was done perfectly! The roof installation was done so quickly, we were very pleased. I've recommended this company to my neighbors and friends! Rob and Henry were there along the way to keep us updated and answered all our questions through the process. Rob is a stickler for quality and detail. He made sure we were happy with how the job was done. We couldn't be any happier with the final look.”Read more

Why Choose Hybrid Renovations
The rafters carry the weight of the entire roof, while insulation in the bays keeps the home more comfortable and energy bills steadier. While the roof is open is the easiest time to add or upgrade attic insulation.
The plywood or OSB sheathing nailed over the rafters forms the surface everything else attaches to. Before new roofing goes on, we inspect the roof deck and replace any soft, rotted, or water-damaged sections.
A self-adhered leak barrier membrane and metal drip edge protect the eaves, valleys, and roof edges, where wind-driven rain is most likely to get in. These details are where most roof leaks start.
A moisture-resistant synthetic underlayment is rolled across the entire roof deck, adding a second line of defense beneath the shingles if water ever gets past them.
The visible roofing layer, installed in staggered, sealed courses. For most homes that means architectural asphalt shingles, and we also install tile and metal roofing.
Ridge cap shingles finish the peak and hips, and a ridge vent lets hot, moist attic air escape. Proper attic ventilation helps the entire roof system last longer.
OUR PROCESS
Clear, honest communication from your first call to the final walkthrough.
It starts with a free visit, often the very next day. We look at the work, listen to your goals, and hand you a clear written estimate at no cost.
Your estimate is detailed, honest, and good for a full year. Take your time to plan and budget, and the price stays the same when you're ready.
One dedicated manager runs the entire job. They handle the permits, materials, and crew, and keep you updated at every step so nothing catches you off guard.
We walk the finished project with you and aren't done until you're happy. Anything that needs a fix, we fix, all backed by a written workmanship warranty.
A roof replacement is one of the largest investments you will make in your home, and it is also the one you cannot really see once it is finished. The shingles on top are only part of the story. What actually protects your home for the next few decades is everything underneath them: the deck, the flashing, the underlayment, and the ventilation. That is exactly where we focus. On every full roof replacement and reroof across Los Angeles and Orange County, we tear off to the deck, fix what is hidden underneath, and rebuild the whole system to code, so the parts you never see are handled as carefully as the ones you do.
Before any tear-off begins, we cover your landscaping, protect what needs protecting, and set up the site to stay clean from the first day to the last.
We strip the old roof down to the wood decking. Roofing over old layers only hides problems, so we remove everything and start from a clean, fully inspectable surface.
With the roof open, we inspect the decking for rot, water damage, and weak spots, and replace any damaged wood before we build back up. You only pay for the repairs your roof actually needs.
We install new drip edge and flashing, add a leak barrier at the eaves, valleys, and penetrations, then synthetic underlayment across the deck. Your roofing material goes on next, finished with proper ridge ventilation and fresh vents and pipe boots.
We clean the site daily, run a magnet sweep across your yard and driveway for stray nails, and walk the finished roof with you before we call the job done.
One dedicated project manager runs all of it, from the first nail to the final inspection.
Most residential roof replacements take two to four days. Larger homes, steeper or more complex rooflines, and tile or metal systems can run five to seven. You will have a clear written timeline before we start, and a locked-in price.
Because we are certified by the manufacturers we install, many roofs qualify for extended manufacturer warranty coverage on top of our workmanship warranty. We go over the exact coverage in your written estimate.
A lot of homeowners come to us unsure whether their roof has years left or needs replacing soon. You do not have to guess, and you do not have to commit to anything to find out. We inspect the full roof, document what we find, and give you an honest written recommendation. No pressure, no obligation, and no spending on the roof until you know exactly where it stands.
The full roof surface, for curling, cracking, missing or broken pieces, bald spots, and granule loss, the wear that shows how much life the roof has left.
Flashing and penetrations around chimneys, skylights, vents, and pipes, the spots where most leaks actually start.
Signs of deeper damage, like water stains, sagging, and soft spots that point to decking or moisture problems under the surface.
Ventilation and age, your attic ventilation and the roof's age against its expected lifespan, so the recommendation reflects the whole picture, not one bad spot.
We document the roof's condition and give you a clear write-up of what we found and what we recommend, a full replacement, a smaller repair, or simply keeping an eye on it for now. If your roof has good years left, we will tell you that.
There is no cost and no commitment to do any work. We give you the truth about your roof so you can make the right call on your own timeline.
FINANCING

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Straight answers about how we work, what projects cost, and what to expect when you hire a licensed contractor. No pressure, no runaround.
The clearest signs are shingles that are curling, cracked, or missing, bald spots where the granules have worn away, dark streaks or water stains on ceilings or in the attic, and an asphalt roof that is past 20 years old. We inspect the full roof, document its condition, and give you an honest written recommendation, with no pressure to replace before it is actually needed.
A re-roof lays new shingles over the existing layer, which can be faster and cost less, but it hides whatever is underneath, and building codes limit how many layers a roof can have. A full replacement tears the roof off to the deck so we can inspect and repair the wood first. After we inspect your roof, we tell you honestly which option makes sense for your home.
Most residential roofs are finished in one to three days, depending on the size of the roof, its pitch and complexity, the material you choose, and the weather. If we find deck damage once the old roof is off, that can add a little time. You will have a clear timeline before we start and a dedicated project manager keeping you updated.
It depends on the material and the quality of the installation. Architectural asphalt shingles typically last 25 to 30 years, while tile and metal roofing can last considerably longer. Proper attic ventilation and the right underlayment make a real difference in how long a roof holds up, which is why we never skip those steps.
We install architectural asphalt shingles, clay and concrete tile, standing-seam metal, and flat and low-slope roofing systems for homes across Los Angeles and Orange County. During your free estimate, we help you choose the material that fits your home's style, your budget, and your timeline.
Yes. Our roofing installations are backed by a workmanship warranty, and the materials carry their own manufacturer warranties. If anything ever needs attention, you have one point of contact who already knows your project, not a call center.
Attic ventilation lets hot, moist air escape instead of baking the underside of your roof. Good ventilation helps shingles reach their full lifespan, keeps your home more comfortable, and lowers the risk of moisture problems. We assess and correct ventilation as part of every roof replacement, never as an add-on upsell.
Every roof is different, so an honest price depends on the size and pitch of your roof, the material you choose, how many old layers need to come off, and the condition of the deck underneath. That is why we inspect first and then give you a clear, written estimate. We keep our pricing competitive and affordable, and we offer financing with approved credit so the cost fits your budget.
