They do not govern construction work. Any renovation, remodeling, roofing, or repair work we perform for you is governed solely by the written home improvement contract you sign with us. That contract controls scope, price, payment terms, schedule, change orders, warranty, and your cancellation rights. Where anything on this website differs from your signed contract, the contract governs. Nothing on this website changes, limits, or waives any right you have under that contract or under California law.

Who we are

Hybrid Renovations is a residential general contractor serving Los Angeles County and Orange County, California. We are licensed by the California State License Board, CSLB #1085596, Class B General Building Contractor with a C-39 Roofing classification. You can verify our license at cslb.ca.gov.

Estimates and pricing information

Nothing on this website is a price quote or a binding offer. Any cost figures, ranges, or timelines shown here are general information published to help homeowners understand what affects the price of a project. They are not specific to your home.

A binding price comes only from a written estimate prepared for your property after we have inspected it. Requesting a free estimate through this site creates no obligation on either side until a contract is signed.

Accuracy of the information we publish

We put real effort into the guides and technical information on this site, and we cite our sources. Even so, building codes, permit requirements, rebate programs, and material prices change, and requirements differ between jurisdictions in Los Angeles County and Orange County.

Information on this site is provided for general education.
